Hydration is always good for health and is recommended by doctors as well. The human body is made with 75% of water and it tends to lose 1-2 litres every day. Lack of hydration can have a bad impact on our hair. Just like our body, the hair shaft also contains 30% of water. So water is important for the growth of our hair. we know that water contains minerals which are important to make our hair strong and helps the growth of hair naturally.

So drinking enough water can helps us through many hair issues such as hair loss, dry scalp etc. Apart from this, our body produces toxins which are removed by water.
